The cell line included overexpresses Bcl2L1 target in an untagged form and Bim binding partner fused to ProLabel. When a compound engages the Bcl2L1 target protein, partner binding is disrupted and the destabilized Bim is degraded, leading to a loss of EFC signal upon addition of EA containing detection reagent.
