Use this assay to express the human PAR2 receptor in your cells of interest. BacMam packaging provides efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in primary or iPSC-derived cells. Importantly, BacMam expression is easily titrateable to suit your experimental needs. This tool can be co-expressed with Montana Molecular's assays for DAG, Calcium, or arrestin to investigate signaling dynamics or receptor activation at the PAR2 receptor.

Patient demographic and disease related history data are available. Human frozen tissue section matched pair products include: Primary Pair (PP), Primary and Metastatic Pair (PM). PP consists of frozen tissue sections of primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue; PM consists of frozen tissue sections of primary tumor and corresponding metastatic tumor. Frozen tissue sections in each pair are prepared from the same donor. This product line is ideal for localization of tumor-specific genes and tumor metastatic genes.
