The ProLink 2 tag has a higher affinity for EA than ProLink 1, making it ideal for use with weaker protein:protein interactions. The ARMS (Arrestin Recruitment Modifying Sequence) PK tags contain GRK phosphorylation sites to improve ligand-dependent arrestin recruitment to GPCRs and improve assay performance.
