MONOD BIO INC LuxSit™ Pro Luciferase Assay System
The Monod Bio LuxSit™ Pro kits enable scientists to easily build custom luminescence assays. Each kit includes (1) reaction buffer, (2) substrate, and (3) substrate reconstitution buffer. Plasmids encoding LuxSit™ Pro are sold separately.The LuxSit™ Pro family represents the world’s smallest and highest-performance de novo luciferases, available as full-length reporters or split complementation systems for detecting protein–protein interactions. The 13.5 kDa, ATP-independent enzyme is the first de novo luciferase designed using advanced machine learning, offering exceptional solubility, thermostability, and expression in both bacterial and mammalian cells. The Firefly Luciferase Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. This virus constitutively express firefly luciferase under a CMV promoter-Supplied As-Two vials (500 μl x 2) of firefly luciferase lentivirus at a titer ≥5 x 10^6 TU/ml. The titer will vary with each lot; the exact value is provided with each shipment.
