Hach Company Intellical™ MTC101 Field Low Maintenance Gel Filled ORP/RedOx Electrode, 30 m Cable
Intellical™ MTC101 is a digital combination oxidation reduction potential (ORP/RedOx) electrode with built-in temperature sensor. MTC101 has low maintenance needs thanks to a non-refillable gel-filled single open reference junction. This Rugged MTC101 version is built with a stainless steel body ensuring sufficient weight to the probe for an easy outside handling, the Metal Platinum sensing part is protected by a shroud, and the connection is ensured by strong and visible yellow coloured cable onto which you can clip depth markers (optional accessories), making the MTC101 rugged models specially designed for field use. MTC101 Rugged is available with a 5, 10, 15, or 30 meters cable. The MTC101 Rugged is ideal for measuring ORP/RedOx absolute mV values in all types of external environment such as river, surface and ground waters, ponds, lakes, sea, wastewater plant, source water, drinking water reservoir for water quality, environmental and treatment process purposes.

Intellical™ MTC301 is a digital combination oxidation reduction potential (ORP/RedOx) electrode with built-in temperature sensor. The MTC301 has a refillable with a ceramic pin reference junction. The laboratory version of this metallic electrode is shockproff with its epoxy plastic body protecting down to the platinum sensing element. The Electrode is available with a 3 or 1 m cable. The MTC301 electrode is ideal for measuring ORP/RedOx absolute mV values in wastewater, drinking water and aqueous media applications. The MTC101 is not suitable for use with organic solvents. A 59 mL bottle of reference electrolyte filling solution (3M KCl solution saturated with AgCl) is included with the probe.

This laboratory pH electrode is shockproff with its Zeonor plastic body protecting down to the glass bulb sensing element. The electrode is available with a 3 or 1 m cable. The PHC301 refillable combination pH electrode is recommended for wastewater, drinking water and general aquous applications. The PHC301 is not suitable for use with organic solvents. A 28-mL bottle of reference electrolyte filling solution (3 M KCl solution saturated with AgCl) is included with the probe.

World Precision Instrument STX HTS EVOM Electrode for CORNING 24
Semi-permeable HTS (high throughput screening) culture plates have become a standard tool for pharmaceutical and institutional research in epithelial transport. HTS culture plates have well cups which are bonded together into a single assembly and are not removable. This makes the plates ideal for automated applications, but imposes a significant inconvenience when TEER must be measured in the absence of an automated system. WPI’s STX HTS series of EVOM™ electrodes, replacing the STX100 electrodes, provide a cost-effective alternative to automation, allowing HTS well plates to be measured manually using a hand–held electrode.

Electrochemical detection of oxidizable compounds
Carbon fiber microelectrodes have been used in both the detection of oxidizable compounds (Gonon, et al., 1978; Cahill and Wightman, 1995) and extracellular single-unit recording (Armstrong-James and Millar, 1979). WPI's ultra-sensitive and low-noise carbon fiber (CF) electrodes can be applied, with our MicroC Potentiostat or similar instruments, in the electrochemical detection of catecholamines (epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine), indolamines (serotonin, 5-HT or melatonin), Fe (II) and other oxidizable compounds.
