ProteinSimple Protein Normalization Module
The Protein Normalization Module from Simple Western is an accessory that enables automated normalization of protein levels across multiple samples for more accurate and reproducible western blot data. It works by probing a housekeeping target like actin or GAPDH in parallel with the protein of interest. The module consists of two chambers that allow simultaneous probing of the normalization protein and target protein. It is compatible with Wes, Simple Western's capillary electrophoresis and blotting system. The module delivers more accurate normalization than typical strip-based methods.
Abcam BCA disodium salt, protein concentration determination reagent, 25G
MW 388.3 g/mol, Purity >98%. Cu(I)-specific colorimetric reagent used for measuring protein concentration. Proteins reduce alkaline Cu(II) to Cu(I) which complexes with BCA to form a purple complex. Absorbance at 562nm is directly proportional to protein concentration.

LICOR NewBlot™ IR Stripping Buffers for NIR Western Blots (100 mL)
NewBlot IR is a robust formulation optimized for near-infrared (NIR) Western blots that works with both nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes. This stripping buffer is a good place to start if you are new to stripping and reprobing NIR Western blots. NewBlot IR works well for removal of all IRDye secondary antibodies, and may be suitable for removal of other dye-conjugated secondary antibodies. NewBlot IR does not require hazardous shipping, unlike many other stripping buffers. Note: NewBlot IR Stripping Buffer is not recommended for loading amounts over 30 µg.
