New England Biolabs, Inc. ThermoPol Reaction Buffer Pack – 6 ml (4 x 1.5 ml)
10X ThermoPol Reaction Buffer is optimized for use with Vent and Deep Vent DNA Polymerases. This buffer also provides superior reaction conditions for other thermophilic DNA polymerases, including Taq DNA Polymerase, as well as various other DNA and RNA modifying enzymes. Supplemental MgSO4 is provided to maximize flexibility for users that require additional Mg2+ for their specific application. New England Biolabs, Inc. S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) – 0.5 ml
S-adenosyl-methionine (SAM) is included with all of the DNA methylases available from New England Biolabs, Inc. as well as certain restriction enzymes for which it is required. The SAM is prepared in a solution of 0.005 M H2SO4 and 10% ETOH and filtered.
