The Meso Scale Discovery U-PLEX Human ICOS Assay 384-Well Kit is a multiplex immunoassay that measures human ICOS in cell culture supernatants serum plasma and other biological fluids It uses electrochemiluminescence detection technology and provides a 384-well plate formatted assay for high throughput screening The kit includes a plate coated with capture antibodies detection antibodies labeled with an electrochemiluminescent compound and calibrator and control samples It allows sensitive accurate and rapid quantitative analysis of ICOS levels with a testing range of 0 06-1500 pg/mL The assay requires a small sample volume and provides results in as little as 3 5 hours
