Fesoterodine fumarate is an orally active, nonsubtype selective, competitive muscarinic receptor (mAChR) antagonist. It is primarily used for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB), where it helps decrease micturition frequency, urgency severity, and urgency incontinence episodes, while increasing the volume voided.
