MicroMist DC Nebulizer 0.1 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.25mm ID x 1.3mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc.) and DC Gas Fitting Type 13/31 with ratchet connector (1 pc.). Compatible with Thermo PRO Duo, PRO Radial, 6000/7000 Duo & Radial Series ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 0.1mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.1mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. PTFE Sheathed Carbon Fiber Probe 0.75mm ID with 1/4-28 Ratchet Fitting. Suitable for Cetac ASX-200/500/800 and PerkinElmer S20 Series. Swage Tool for Ratchet Connector (50-100-1811, sold separately), allows probe capillary to be cut to a custom length.Replacement of autosampler probe is recommended about every 6 months to a year. This will ensure you have unrestricted sample flow. If clogs within probes or nebulizers occur, consider using the Guardian In-Line Sample Filter (P/N NC0897716, 70-803-1108). Can be used with 1.6mm OD (1/16”) ferrules P/N 70-803-0749 or with 1.3mm OD ferrules P/N 70-803-0748 to terminate capillary tubing where ratchet fitting is required.
