Electron Microscopy Sciences Fluoro-Gel III Mounting Medium 100 ML
Fluoro-Gel is a water based mounting medium designed for the permanent mounting of fluorescent stained tissues, which may either be damaged or soluble in organic solvents, such as xylene or toluene. This unique formula prevents rapid photo-bleaching of FITC, Texas Red, AMCA, Cy2, Cy3, Cy5, Alexa Fluoro 488, Alexa Fluoro 594, Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP), Tetramethylyrhodamine, Redox, Phycoerythrin (RP-E), Phyocyanin (PC), and Allophycocyanin (APC).
The fluorescence is retained during prolonged storage at 4 degree C in the dark. Application: Immunofluorescence, confocal microscope. Contains PI (Propidium Iodide) a counterstain for DNA.

Newcomer Supply Mount-Quick Aqueous is a ready-to-use liquid mounting medium for histological techniques requiring an aqueous based mounting medium solution and/or when dehydrating and clearing agents will adversely affect the stain, such as: lipid/fat stains, crystal violet stains and solvent soluble immunoperoxidase chromogenic procedures. Mount-Quick Aqueous mounting medium is not recommended for use in immunofluorescence procedures.

Electron Microscopy Sciences EUKITT UV Mounting Medium 100 ML
EUKITT UV mounting medium has all the well-known beneficial properties of the EUKITT mountants. EUKITT UV does not contain any solvents, therefore only 50% of the usual amount is needed compared to conventional systems. While using EUKITT UV almost no shrinkage can be detected.
The mounting medium may be used on tissue sections in non-polar solvents such as xylene or xylene substitutes as well as directly on sections in pure alcohols (EtOH, iPrOH, etc.).
The viscosity is very user-friendly. After being applied to the tissue, the cover glass can be placed as usual. Subsequently, a transfer break of at least 120 sec. is maintained prior to irradiation in order to ensure an ideal penetration into the tissue.
When using the specially tuned LED CCFL UV curing machine EUKITT UV cures in just 30 seconds.

EMS Immuno Mount with anti-fading agent 1, 4-Diazobicyclo-(2,2,2-octane (DABCO) is an aqueous non-permanent low viscosity mounting medium for immunofluorescence. This unique formula prevents rapid photobleaching of FITC, Texas Red, AMCA, Cy2, Cy3, Cy5, Alexa fluoro 488, Alexa fluoro 594, Green fluorescent protein (GFP), tetramethyly rhodamine and Redox. The fluorescence is retained during storage at 4 degree C in the dark. This medium does not contain phenylenediamine, which destroys immunofluorescence of Cy dyes. This mounting medium is fortified with DAPI which is a counter-stain for DNA. This product is to be used in situ hybridization techniques or other methods where fluorescence of DNA staining is required. DAPI excites at 360nm and emits at 460nm, producing a blue fluorescence. Phycoerythrin (RP-E), Phycocyanin (PC), and Allophycocyanin (APC). Fluorescence is retained during prolonged storage at 4 degree C in the dark.
