ImmPACT DAB EqV consists of equal volumes of Reagent 1 and Reagent 2, and when mixed together form a working solution. ImmPACT DAB EqV produces a dark brown reaction product and is 3 to 5 times more sensitive than the original DAB substrate.

Vector Laboratories ImmPACT NovaRED™ Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit 120 ml
ImmPACT NovaRED™ Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate produces an intense red reaction product, with 2-4X the sensitivity of standard VECTOR NovaRED substrate. Sections stained with NovaRED can be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted. This chromogen is useful as an alternative to DAB or as a second color for multiple antigen labeling. ImmPACT NovaRED Substrate also provides excellent color contrast in pigmented tissue such as melanoma and can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. ImmPACT NovaRED™ substrate produces a red reaction product for use in immunohistochemical applications. This product generates 120 ml of working solution that is stable for up to 14 days when stored at 4 degrees C.

K-Blue Aqueous is a revolutionary 100% solvent-free, non-volatile TMB substrate. It contains 3,3,5,5 tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in a one-bottle format with long-term stability and high activity. K-Blue Aqueous develops a deep blue color in the presence of peroxidase labelled conjugate and is ideal for end users working under strict regulatory requirements. The formula is compliant with Annex XVII for REACH and contains no hazardous substances at or above published reporting levels. K-Blue Aqueous has been optimized for use with microwell applications, especially ELISA. This substrate is not applicable for use with assays requiring a precipitating substrate. Stable for a minimum of 36-months when stored at 2-8C.

Luciferin is a common bioluminescent reporter used for in vivo imaging of the expression of luciferase. This water soluble substrate for the firefly luciferase enzyme utilizes ATP and Mg2+ as cofactors to emit a characteristic yellow-green emission in the presence of oxygen, which shifts to red light in vivo at 37°C. Through the utilization of ATP, the reaction can be further used to indicate the presence of energy or life in order to function as a life-death stain.
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT AEC HRP Substrate Kit 120 ml
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT AEC Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit produces red reaction products for use in IHC and blot-based protein detection protocols. The novel ImmPACT technology generates a crisper, brighter red reaction product that is 3-5 times more sensitive than conventional AEC substrates. ImmPACT AEC can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. Stained slides must be aqueously mounted, e.g. in VectaMount AQ and are stable for up to four years at 4 degrees C. This product consists of diluent and concentrated chromogen stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles and can be used on nylon or PVDF membranes. Total working volume is 120 ml. It is not recommended for use on nitrocellulose membranes.
Vector Laboratories AEC Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit 300 ml
AEC Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit (3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole) produces a red reaction product that can be used as a single label or as a second color for multiple antigen labeling using either manual or automated IHC staining methods. Stained slides must be aqueously mounted (e.g. in VectaMount AQ). This kit contains stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles, including all of the reagents necessary to prepare about 300 ml of working solution (2-3000 sections). It can be also used for staining on blots. Vector Laboratories horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate kits include options that are cost-effective (e.g. standard DAB), sensitive (e.g. ImmPACT™ DAB) and convenient (ImmPACT DAB EqV). The range of vibrant colors available facilitates multiplex staining.
Vector Laboratories VECTOR Blue Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Substrate Kit 200 ml
VECTOR Blue Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Substrate Kit produces a blue, heat-stable reaction product. This chromogen can be used singly or in combination with other alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase substrates for multiple label applications. Sections stained with the VECTOR Blue substrate can be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted; however, non-xylene clearing agents and non-xylene based mounting media (such as VectaMount) must be used because the reaction product is soluble in xylene. VECTOR Blue can also be used on blots in applications such as ELISPOT, singly or in combination with a peroxidase substrate such as AEC. The stock solutions in this kit are provided in convenient dropper bottles, with sufficient volume for 200 ml working solution.

Chromogenix S-2765 is a chromogenic substrate for determination of Factor Xa activity. It is also very sensitive to trypsin. S-2765 is suitable for measuring FXa inhibition in heparin anti-Xa assays and antithrombin anti-Xa assays.
