Vector Laboratories VECTOR Blue Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Substrate Kit 200 ml
VECTOR Blue Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Substrate Kit produces a blue, heat-stable reaction product. This chromogen can be used singly or in combination with other alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase substrates for multiple label applications. Sections stained with the VECTOR Blue substrate can be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted; however, non-xylene clearing agents and non-xylene based mounting media (such as VectaMount) must be used because the reaction product is soluble in xylene. VECTOR Blue can also be used on blots in applications such as ELISPOT, singly or in combination with a peroxidase substrate such as AEC. The stock solutions in this kit are provided in convenient dropper bottles, with sufficient volume for 200 ml working solution.
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT™ VIP Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit 120 ml
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT VIP Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit produces an intense violet (purple) reaction that is 2-4 times more sensitive than that of Vector VIP Substrate. The Vector ImmPACT VIP chromogen provides an excellent color contrast in pigmented tissues such as melanoma or retina and can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. This kit consists of 120 ml of diluent and concentrated stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles. This substrate formulation can be used on nylon or PVDF membranes but is not recommended for use on nitrocellulose membranes. Working solutions are stable for up to 14 days at 4 degrees C. Stained sections should be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted.

The Vector Laboratories DAB Peroxidase Substrate Kit with Nickel includes a nickel solution that can change the reaction product color from brown to gray/black. Sections stained with the Vector Red substrate can be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted. This chromogen can be used singly or in combination with other alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase substrates for multiple label applications. Because of its stability under ISH conditions, VECTOR Red can be used in IHC/ISH double labeling applications. The bright red to orange fluorescence of the Vector Red reaction product can be visualized using DyLight® 594, Texas Red® or TRITC filter systems. This substrate can also be used for ISH or on blots. This kit contains stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles, sufficient for 200 ml working solution.
