Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) can be tested or stored in our autosampler vials using these caps. The silicone rubber (for optimal sealing), and polypropylene fitted liners (for inertness) are excellent for storage of your sample before or after chromatography. These caps do not contain PTFE.
Microsolv Technology Corporation Caps, Snap Top, with Butyl Rubber / Tefzel Septa, fitted in smooth, soft polyethylene, Natural Transparent Caps. For use with 11mm, 12x32mm Snap Top autosampler vials. 100/PK.
Soft polyethylene caps are more pliable than other Snap Caps and are easier to place on the vial. Popular choice when using a large number of caps at one time. These caps may not seal as well as other Snap Caps and should be used with sample solvents with low volatility. Butyl Rubber with Tefzel is a lower cost Septa but inert enough for most applications.

Aluminum Seal, 11mm, Green, Clear PTFE/Red Rubber. The 11mm anodized aluminum seals are manufactured to fit all 11mm crimp top vials and are available in a variety of colors. Medium durometer red rubber with a .015 layer of clear PTFE. Great and economical for routine analysis. Not recommended for multiple injections.

Pre-Slit septa are normally recommended for Waters Alliance instruments.Y Shape Pre-Slit offers a great target area for injector needles and are easier to penetrate but do not reseal as well as single slit septa.
