Recombinant human interleukin-36 gamma (IL-36γ, IL-1F9) is an animal-free, E. coli-expressed cytokine supplied as a lyophilized His-tagged protein. It activates NF-κB and MAPK signaling and induces chemokine expression; biological activity in A431 cells shows an ED50 <5 ng/mL. The product is formulated in PBS with trehalose, has low endotoxin, and is intended for cell-culture research use.
- Lyophilized His-tagged recombinant human IL-36γ.
- Expressed in Escherichia coli to provide animal-free material.
- Approximate molecular weight ~19 kDa by SDS-PAGE.
- Low endotoxin level (<0.1 EU per μg).
- Demonstrated biological activity: ED50 <5 ng/mL (IL-8 induction in A431 cells).
- Formulated in PBS, pH 8.0, with trehalose for stability.
- Reconstitute to 100-200 μg/mL and aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
- For research use only; not for therapeutic or human use.
