Sterile, individually wrapped, and pyrogen, DNase, and RNase free models are offered for cell culture applications. Erlenmeyer Flasks are sterilized by E-Beam and are non-pyrogenic, DNase and RNase free. They are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Vent caps have 0.22 μm hydrophobic filters for gas exchange without contamination. They come packaged individually in a sterile zip sealable bag.

• Vented screw caps • Flat or baffled bottoms • Gamma sterile (SAL 10-6) • Pyrogen free and RNase/DNase free • Individually wrapped Erlenmeyer Shaker Flasks are made of polycarbonate, PETG or styrene/butadiene (Jumbo Flasks only). The polypropylene screw caps are vented with 0.2µm membranes to increase air transmission and enhance cell growth. The mouth size conforms with the international SBS standard, for quick, secure connection to bioreactor equipment.Polycarbonate flasks and Jumbo Fernbach flasks have baffled (ribbed) bottoms to provide increased oxygenation and mixing efficiency even at lower shaking speeds. All flasks, regardless of size, are individually wrapped and gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, and they are free of RNase, DNase, pyrogen, endotoxins and human DNA. Polycarbonate Flasks are autoclavable at 121°C and 15PSI for 30 minutes.
