The 6 cc Oasis HLB cartridges contain the Oasis HLB sorbent, which is a universal polymeric reversed-phase sorbent that was developed for the extraction of a wide range of acidic, basic, and neutral compounds from various matrices using a simple, generic protocol. Since the Oasis HLB sorbent is water wettable, it maintains its capability for higher retention and excellent recoveries even if the sorbent runs dry, which means there is no need to take extraordinary steps to keep the sorbent beds from drying out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. These syringe-barrel-type cartridges are designed for use with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE instruments.

Sep-Pak Alumina A Vac cartridges contain a highly active grade of alumina with an acidic surface chemistry. The aluminum oxide surface provides an extremely polar surface for analyte retention and has properties of a Lewis acid. This normal phase sorbent is similar in use to silica; however, it is slightly more stable than unfunctionalized silica under high pH conditions. This acidic alumina is also low-capacity ion exchanger in aqueous media. Unlike polymer-based ion exhangers, this sorbent is unaffected by high-energy radioactivity and can be used for radioactive compound isolation. These syringe-barrel-type cartridges are designed for use with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE instruments.

Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Vac cartridges contain a silica-based, hydrophilic, strong anion-exchanger with large pore size (300Å). The cartridges are designed for extraction of anionic analytes in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions. The large pore size makes it ideal for isolation of larger molecules such as anionic proteins such as immunoglobulins and enzymes. Other applications include isolation of phenolic compounds and removal of acidic pigments in wine, fruit juices, and food extracts. TorrLube Oil is an extremely pure PFPE (Perfluoropolyalkether ) blend which is thoroughly distilled and then filtered through a submicron screen. TorrLube Oil has the ability to withstand thermal expansion and contraction as well as chemical and mechanical stress, while still maintaining consistent viscosity. These properties make TorrLube the ideal lubricant for bearings, automated slides, and screws that have a tendency to gall or cold weld while working under extreme conditions.
A set of two small bottles, each containing 60cc of TorrLube lubricant. Every bottle comes with a sealed cap. A luer lock cap and a #22 gauge blunt needle are provided for closed application. The bottle set is appropriate for larger manufacturing units and production fabs. Each twin pack of TorrLube 60cc bottles is sealed to prevent leakage and contamination.

Sep-Pak Amino Propyl (NH2) Classic cartridges contain a moderately polar, silica-based bonded phase with weakly basic surface. The sorbent can be used as a polar sorbent with different selectivity for acidic/basic analytes or as a weak anion exchanges in aqueous medium below pH 8. Applications include extraction of phenols and phenolic pigments, petroleum fractionation, saccharides and drugs and metabolites. These Classic-style cartridges are designed for use with positive displacement by a Luer-tip syringe and can also attach easily to vacuum-assisted flow devices using a male/male adaptor.

The Oasis sorbent selection cartridge kit is specifically designed for rapid development of SPE methods for LC/MS analysis. The kit contains 40 cartridges — 10 each of the appropriate Oasis mixed-mode, ion-exchange chemistry: MAX (strong anion exchanger), WAX (weak anion exchanger), MCX (strong cation exchanger), and WCX (weak cation exchanger). Sample preparation method development can be quickly and easily achieved with the use of only two SPE protocols using these chemistries.
