DuraMist DC Nebulizer 1.0mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.50mm ID x 1.6mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc) and DC Gas Fitting Type 31 with ratchet connector (1 pc). Compatible with Thermo Pro, 6000 Series and 7000 Series ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min & sample flow rate is 1.0mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. DuraMist is an economical inert nebulizer for high-precision analysis & the highest tolerance to TDS, up to 30%. Made from PEEK, it tolerates up to 5% HF.Replacement parts include P/Ns NC1625341 and 501907300.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) & Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559). Injector Ferrule Tool - 6.0 mm. Provided with most Glass Expansion D-Torches to facilitate the removal and installation of the injector ferrule. ONLY compatible with Injector Ferrule 31-808-2962. Not compatible with Injector Ferrule (31-808-2897) for Thermo PRO Duo, PRO Radial, 6000/7000 Duo & Radial Series ICP-OES D-Torches . The injector ferrule is a consumable part that needs to be replaced on average about every 6 months. This tool should be used to remove and install the injector ferrule.
