Do You Qualify?
To participate, you must be considered a health care professional* and receive an invitation from your Fisher Scientific sales representative or purchase on Fisher Scientific Company L.L.C’s Federal Schedules, and have done one of the following within the past 12 months:
- Built or established a new lab
- Received a first-time grant
- Moved to a new location
How It Works
- Apply for the New Lab Start-Up beta program using the form on this page
- Receive a unique account number upon approval
- Use the unique account number to order qualifying products with New Lab Start-Up pricing — no redemption necessary
You can place as many orders for as many qualifying items as you need throughout the three months your pricing is active. Work with your Fisher Scientific sales representative for help determining the New Lab Start-Up pricing and items that suit your needs.
*A health care professional is defined as any person or entity (a) authorized or licensed in the United States to provide health care services or items to patients or (b) who is involved in the decision to purchase, prescribe, order, or recommend medical technology in the United States. This term includes individual clinicians (for example, physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, among others), provider entities (for example, hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers), and administrative personnel at provider entities (for example, purchasing agents). Some exclusions apply.

How to Redeem New Lab Start-Up Pricing
Follow the instructions for your chosen ordering method below and be sure to use your New Lab Start-Up account number to receive your discounts. Your original Fisher Scientific account number will remain active throughout the program period.
Integrated Electronic Ordering Systems*
- Contact your Fisher Scientific sales representative to get a quote for the items you’d like to purchase — include your New Lab Start-Up account number
- Place a special requisition or ad-hoc order within your purchasing system and attach the quote (make sure the quote includes your New Lab Start-Up account number)
- Fisher Scientific Customer Service will process your order

- Link your New Lab Start-Up business account to your fishersci.com account using these instructions (this may take up to 24 hours to process)
- Sign in, select your New Lab Start-Up account and add qualifying New Lab Start-Up products to your cart
