(1S,2S)-2-PCCA hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt of the (1S,2S) diastereomer of 2-PCCA, a ligand active at the GPR88 GPCR. The (1S,2S) form is reported as less active than the (1R,2R) isomer; activity data for 2-PCCA indicate inhibition of GPR88-mediated cAMP production (EC50 ≈116 nM). This compound is provided for research use.
