This is a sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . MIP1b present in samples reacts with an anti-Monkey MIP1b capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-MIP1b detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm.
