This unique design connects directly to any UHPLC column with the auto-adjusting Titanium Hybrid Ferrule and EXP™ Fittings, providing repeated zero-dead-volume connections and easy adjustability between various column types. Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/ outlet. The combination of low-dispersion and ultra high-pressure capabilities provides effective protection with negligible effects on retention time, plate count, and peak shape. Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 µm particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. The well-controlled surface chemistry results in excellent lot-to-lot reproducibility. Our unique bonding chemistry, coupled with the maximized bonding density, allows SRT-10 and SRT-10C SEC phases to provide high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. SRT-10 and SRT-10C packings have large pore volume, resulting in high separation resolution. Typical applications for SRT-10 and SRT-10C columns include separation and detection of biological molecules and water-soluble polymers in aqueous buffers.

Delta-Pak packings, ideal for the separation of peptides, proteins, and natural products, are based on a highly stable, bonded, endcapped 5µm or 15µm spherical silica. Delta-Pak is available in two different pore sizes (100Å and 300Å) with either C4 or C18 bonded phase. Delta-Pak packings are available in different cartridge and column configurations, providing consistent and predictable scale-up capabilities for milligram-to-gram scale purification. Also, by having the same chemistry available on a high-efficiency 5µm particle, you can easily check the purity of your fractions.
