Waters Corp XBridge Peptide BEH C18 Prep Guard Cartridge, 130Å, 5 µm, 19 mm X 10 mm, 1/pk
The XBridge BEH130 PREP C18 10 µm 19 x 10 mm Guard Column was develeped and designed to extend the life the BEH130, C18, 10um, 19mm ID preparative column. The BEH130 PREP C18, 10um packing material used in the Guard Column must also pass the peptide digest, QC test criteria established for the prep column.
Waters Corp ACQUITY UPLC Peptide BEH C18 VanGuard Pre-column, 300Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 1K - 30K, 3/pk
VanGuard pre-columns are the first guard column devices designed for routine use at pressures up to 15000 psi (1030 bar) in applications run on the ACQUITY UPLC System. This specific offering contains Waters patented BEH Technology C18, 300A pore, 1.7um particles based and each batch is specifically QC tested with a peptide map to help ensure consistent performance and increased analytical column life.
Mac-Mod Fortis Prep 30.0 mm Guard Holder
Fortis HPLC and UHPLC columns are packed with 100 A high-surface area silica-based columns designed with optimized bonding chemistries for uniform ligand coverage. This proprietary process improves method development and improves LCMS sensitivity by eluting compounds in higher organic mobile phases, as well as when scaling to preparative separation elutions in higher organic leads to quicker dry-down times. C18, C8, Diphenyl, H2o, Cyano and Amino bonded phases are all available on 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 um particle sizes. HILIC and DIOL phases are also available in the Fortis HILIC range. Fortis columns are available in a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including 75 micron, 200 micron, 2.1, 3.0, 4.6, 10 and 21.2 mm ID columns other column IDs and lengths available upon request. Guard columns are available and require guard holder DCGUA1.
